Step 2 - Book Exam: Important dates are:
Registration opens on Monday, July 13, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time
Closes on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time
Step 3 - Book CPE Training: Look out for “Early Bird” or “Combo offers” with Canadie Dental
(check below for what centre suits your exam dates best)
Step 4 - CPE Results: Take about 1–3 weeks. So you should have your results by the last week of August
Step 5 - Book Theory Exam: Book for the:
September 23, 24, 25, Theory Exam before deadline date of
Tuesday, August 4, 2026 (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time)
OR
December 9, 10, 11, Theory Exam before deadline date of
Monday, October 19, 2026 (4:30 p.m. Eastern Time)
Step 6 - TE Results: Arrives within 3 weeks i.e. around October 2026 or January 2027
Step 7 - Level II Licensing: Reach out to your provincial Dental Assistant Association to submit documents for receiving your Level II License Certification.
Contact Dr.Lena to help with Equivalency documents if you are not able to do it by yourselves.
